Senegal: CSO (Civil Society Organization) Community Outreach

Planning for CSO activation activities in Senegal began in 2019 with a search for a local coordinator and CSO partner to lead the activities and host the CSO workshop, which will focus on youth with the goal of building their awareness of pollution-related health issues, using the activities completed to date in Colombia as a model. Pure Earth will follow up by supporting a few youth-focused education campaigns about pollution and health issues. Event participation and impact will be monitored.
