Identification of Lead Poisoning Sources in Gujarat, India

This project was supported and funded by Global Jewellery Pvt. Ltd. Under the sanctioned project, we conducted Rapid Marketplace Screenings (RMS) in 6 districts from Gujarat state to identify lead-containing products. We collected information on the scope and spread of sources of lead exposure in the target state by conducting RMS.

Toxic site investigators collected products from several regions of Gujarat. The data from these activities was analyzed by PE technical experts and the local partners resulting in a report
