My concern for our planet, environmental issues, pollution and the changes provoked by humankind, has been the source of inspiration for my next show, “Solstice”.

Blanca Li leads the Blanca Li Dance company, one of the most successful independent companies in France, with more than a thousand performances presented over 20 years across the world. She has created choreographies for the Paris Opera Ballet, the Berlin Ballet, the Metropolitan Opera, for filmmakers like Pedro Almodovar and Michel Gondry, and for musical artists like Beyoncé, Daft Punk, Paul McCartney, Kanye West and Coldplay. Among her many honors is the Chevalier de la Légion d’Honneur awarded by the French government.
